Welcome to www.coffeeworldpuertorico.ecrater.com. Coffee World Puerto Rico is a Puerto Rican company. We sell Handpresso portable espresso machine and that is our business. **People who live in Puerto Rico have pick-up availabilty.**

-SHIPPING & HANDLING GUIDELINES
-Shipping Time.
The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. We ship from Puerto Rico. Customers should expect a 7-21 day delivery time. (Keep in mind if an item is out of stock it will take longer to recieve.) If rush delivery is needed please call to arrange and check stock condition. Most orders ship in 3 to 5 days when items are in stock. Shipping insurance- Not offered

-SHIPPING METHODS
Merchandise(handpresso,ESE Pods) is shipped via USPS Parcel Post. If USPS Priority wanted you must contact us for a quote. We ship to USA and Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico residents can pick-up merchandise personally and avoid shipping charges, call for information or handpresso demonstration, if delivered personally shipping charges are used to cover gasoline. If you would like to request alternative shipping methods, please call Customer Service at 1-787-538-2502 to arrange. Need something fast please Call us first for quote.

-RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our priority and we want you completely satisfied with your purchase.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED. Please make any notations on the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt).

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product. ALL items authorized for return must be returned within 10 business days. As long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging.

All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original method of payment. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable restocking fees (15% restock charge) . Coffee orders cannot be returned. Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.

Please email us for further instructions on your return. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please call us within 5 days and we will send you the correct product, replacement product. Our Customer Service hours are Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.

-MANUFACTURERS DEFECTS
If a product appears to have a manufactures defect, contact our CONTACT TECH SUPPORT FOR TROUBLESHOOTING ASSISTANCE (888-389-4123 PROMPT 2). Do not return products to us without first calling to receive instructions. IF THE ISSUE OCCURS DURING THE FIRST 5 DAYS ( WILL NEED RECEIPT) AND IT IS OUT OF THEIR CONTROL, WHICH WILL BE DETERMINED BY OUR TECHNICIANS, THEN WE WILL ISSUE A RETURN MERCHANDISE LABEL. IF IT IS OUT OF THE 5 DAY PURCHASE POINT, IT QUALIFIES FOR A REPAIR AND THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING. I AM PLEASED TO REPORT THAT OUR DEFECTIVE RATE IS BELOW 1% AT THIS TIME.

We do not refund shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.

You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. If we get the package back due to an incorrect shipping address you will be notified and a corrected shipping address will be requested. At this point will rebill you for the additional shipping fee and ship you package a second time. We can not absorb this fee unless it was our error.

Coffee World Puerto Rico will strictly keep confidential all their customers information and wont share them with any third parties. Coffee World Puerto Rico is the sole owner of the information colleted on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Coffee World Puerto Rico promotional email newsletters will be sent to all clients, of course, all clients will also be able to unsubscribe to the service.
